Jeffery is a wonderful young man who joined the children martial arts program at Azad's Martial Arts Family Center in Chico around 5 months ago. Jeffery is a sweet and very intelligent young man who loves martial arts training and succeeding in sharpening up his mental and physical skills. The reason he has been chosen as the student spot light is due to the fact that Jeffery has shown excellent improvement in his attitude ever since he started martial arts training at Azad's Martial Arts Family Center.
His teachers at his school, his parents and his Karate instructor, Mr. Reitz are enjoying the new positive mental attitude Jeffery has developed through his Hapkido training at Azad's. We are all very proud of Jeffery's new outlook in life, self esteem and personal self control. No child succeeds without the deliberate and consistent care and leadership of the parents. The amazing improvement of Jeffery in his life is directly due to his parent's great level of enthusiasm and perseverance to team up with our Black Belt instructors at Azad's Martial Arts Family Center. Here is what Jeffery's mom has written to us.
Master Azad and Mr. Reitz,
As I reflect over the past several months I am constantly amazed at how much my son, Jeffery continues to grow through his training. Again and again I see him reat to a situation (that previously would have left him in tears and losing his temper) in a way that is extmely focused and ruled wiht self discipline. He works extremely hard to apply patience, forgiveness of self, discipline and control to his daily life both at home and at school. His self esteem has grown considerably and it is a joy to watch him make strides in the respect he now has with his classmates as well as his teachers. In addition, he is very proud of the progress he has made and is excited about continuing his training.
